文件管理系統 document management software

以往都是用Notes作為管理系統
後來因使用Google Apps後，將大量的文件移轉Docs
但文件一多還是有分類及索引的困擾

近來因專案需求，找一下網路上是否有PHP撰寫的文件管理系統
KnowledgeTree
有4種 License 版本，但安裝方式都相同

功能如下

個人認為最大的功能在於

1. LDAP整合
2. 文件資訊管理歷程紀錄及版本控制
   
3. 文件內容索引(word、excel、ppt、pdf、txt等常見格式)

下載分為 Linux 及Windows封裝版本(內含 LAMP 及 OpenOffice ，因此需注意安裝主機必須是否已安裝LAMP，否則必須在安裝過程中更改Apache、MySQL port)。
另有Source Code版本，無文件索引功能，可整合現有的LAMP中。

中文全文索引有問題
不建議安裝
